Wendy has been practicing law for almost 30 years and still gets a thrill from being able to use her skill set to help people with their legal needs. Wendy lives in Takapuna, and loves painting, yoga, summertime and nice handbags.
Kristin grew up on the North Shore and has spent over 17 years in general practice, working for many years with her father Michael at the former firm of Mahon & Sumpter. She specialises in trusts. Kristin has two adult sons and enjoys catching up with family and friends, walking, time at the beach, cricket and a good book.
Irene uses her years of experience to make our clients sale and purchase process an enjoyable one. She also manages our estate administrations. Irene spends her spare time with family, a large aviary full of birds and enjoying the outdoors.
Prior to working at Horrocks Hampton, Caitlin worked in health care as an activities coordinator. Her outgoing, caring, team-focused personality means she’s the perfect fit for her role as receptionist, helping both our team and our clients. In her spare time Caitlin enjoys being around friends and family, reading, and being outdoors.
Vanessa is an integral part of our office having worked for the last two years as our receptionist, she has now begun her study journey to become a Legal Executive. She is very outgoing and likes to stay busy. She enjoys spending her spare time exercising and being a new mum.
Kate studied law to postgraduate level at the University of Edinburgh and practiced as a Scottish solicitor across a range of commercial fields with an international law firm in the UK. She was admitted as an attorney in the United States (New York). Having recently moved to New Zealand, Kate is enjoying the Kiwi way of life on the North Shore and spending time with her partner and young son.
Leonie Stinson REID
Leonie has been practicing law for over 8 years and has a special interest in trust law. Originally from the Hawkes Bay, Leonie has lived on the North Shore since 1991, attending Rangitoto College and The University of Auckland. She loves summer, jandals, the beach, watermelon, photography and spending time with her family.
Tina has worked with Horrocks Hampton for the past 16 years, initially full-time but in recent years part-time. Tina uses her expertise to help us with conveyancing matters and looking after the trust account side of the practice. When Tina is not in the office, she particularly enjoys playing squash and boating with her family.
Law Student / Legal Secretary
Rebecca is a fifth-year student at Auckland University completing a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Ancient History). She works part-time with Horrocks Hampton around her studies. Outside of work and study she enjoys playing hockey for Takapuna and North Harbour and scuba diving.
